Pool And Spa Technician

The ideal candidate will have experience in the repair and installation of pool and spa pumps, filters, motors, and general pool and spa repair. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our growing service team. Bring your skills and continue to learn from an outstanding team of professionals. On-the-job training program available. The candidate will go to the customer’s home, diagnose issues, and repair or advise the customer as needed.

Will supply additional training as needed.

• Exceptional customer service skills are required
• Company shirts, phone, and tablets provided
• Valid WI driver’s license required
• Increase service sales across all channels through effective timely repairs and customer service skills.
• High school diploma/GED required (bachelor degree preferred)
• 2+ years’ in equipment sales and/or service
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of pool & spa equipment and recreational products
