COVID-19 UPDATE
Following the CDC’s announcements regarding the Coronavirus COVID-19 we would like to reassure and update our valued customers on our plan to keep customers and our team safe and still complying with CDC’s advice and keeping our business running as best we can.
SHOWROOM
Our showroom will remain open as usual until we are told otherwise. All surfaces where contact is likely
(i.e. door handles, screens, handrails) will be cleaned regularly throughout the day and sanitized after every customer visit. Hand washing and sanitizing wipes are available to every customer visiting the showroom. We request that anyone presenting symptoms refrain from visiting the showroom. We have over 15 hot tubs in stock available for delivery. If you are required to isolate yourself at home, you may as well make the most of it – what better place to self-isolate than in a hot tub or pool! PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE
For customers wishing to view our hot tubs or would prefer to have the showroom to themselves, this can be arranged. We have morning and evening appointments available on request.
HOME CONSULTATIONS & SITE SURVEYS
We are available to carry out home visits by appointment if you wish to discuss our hot tub delivery radius and survey your site. If you would prefer, we didn’t visit your home we can use technology to interact with you via video calling.
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE SUPPORT
Our service team will still carry out general service and maintenance work for our customers. Our technicians will be following CDC’s advice, distance themselves from customers, and be more vigilant with hygiene precautions. They have sanitizing wipes and hand wash available on the vans. We are asking current customers who are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms to inform us, and we can arrange the appointment for a later date.
CHEMICALS & ACCESSORIES IN ADVANCE
With customers being at home more than usual we expect pool and hot tub usage to increase. Many of the chemicals we sell can also be used for surface disinfection, drinking

EXPERT INFORMATION
We will be on-hand to offer help and advice as usual. We will be manning the telephones and replying to emails and messages out of hours. We expect pools and hot tubs to be well-used over the coming months. If you run into problems just give us a shout. As children and families across the country are being asked to reduce outside contact or even shelter at home, and gyms and other public facilities are closing, the backyard pool, spa or hot tub provides a fun way for families to focus on their health and well-being. These pools and hot tubs should be properly maintained by a service professional to ensure proper sanitation measures are taking place. Be sure to get information about sanitation if you’re not sure what to do.
